KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acting as an HR Partner for different departments on a local level as well as for matrix departments across the LPP group;
- Creating, implementing and developing existing tools and procedures from HR domain;
- Organizing, implementing and monitoring of all big and important HR processes among other HR team members;
- Supporting talent acquisition processes across the company for different hierarchical levels and different departments (retail, office, matrix/omnichannel);
- Supporting delivering the company’s employer branding strategy and driving employee engagement activities;
- Overseeing and supporting regional HR specialists in delivering HR solutions across the retail network;
- Responsibility for planning and implementing HR strategy and all HR projects on a local market according to guidelines set by HR HQ and/or local needs;
- Providing Managers with necessary tools, knowledge and best practices in main HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management and helping them build their leadership competencies;
- Proactive monitoring of the local market in the HR field to ensure regular feedback, recommendations and action plan propositions to the local management and HR Headquarters;
- Recruitment for Office positions;
- Active participation in the new employees' induction process in the Office;
- Supporting the expansion of the retail network and making sure that all HR goals are met following the deadlines and opening schedule;
- Supporting change processes and ensuring proper communication with the retail network;
- Being a key advisor in people-related matters and supporting regional HR specialists in resolving complex employee relation issues;
- Initiating different activities aimed at building a positive culture and communication within LPP;
- Conducting different analyses, monitoring important KPIs and preparing various reports for management;
- Understanding of local labor law, payroll process and supporting processes when needed (in terms of preparing data, internal reporting related to these topics etc);
- Being the first point of contact for all HR-related matters.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in social sciences;
- At least 3 years of experience in HR;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience in retail or similar industry will be considered as an advantage;
- Strong organization, communication and conflict-resolution skills;
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and onboard new employees, lead a multi-functional team and manage HR tasks in a matrix environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
