KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide onsite IT installations and support across multiple locations in Bosnia and abroad. Actively participate in every stage of store openings/closings.
- Collaborate with hardware/software suppliers and IT partners, including internet service providers.
- Serve as the communication point between the IT Opening Group and store opening coordinators.
- Manage day-to-day ServiceDesk operations, ensuring effective incident handling, service requests, and project support.
- Oversee department-related invoice tracking and management.
- Perform hardware break-fix services and manage hardware repairs through customer-defined warranty channels.
- Install pre-defined computer ‘images’ and re-install applications on desktops/laptops as per company procedures.
- Provide basic remote support for countries within the LPP Group.
- Prepare user manuals, instructions, and documentation, and deliver necessary training.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and superior directives.
- Other jobs from IT domain by order of the immediate manager.
- Willingness to support regional countries
- You'll be part of an international team spanning Central and Southern Europe, as well as Asia, with English as the primary language of communication.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- At least 2 years of IT experience, with a strong interest in technical solutions.
- Proven customer service skills and experience working with third-party IT providers.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Self-management skills with the ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize.
- Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the retail sales business.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel, including abroad.
TECHINCAL SKILLS:
- Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, VM, and AD.
- Experience with Android, Office 365, Jira/Confluence (user level).
- Basic computer networking knowledge.
- Familiarity with fiscal devices and POS systems is an advantage.
