KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Influencer Marketing coordination

- communication with agencies and HQ Polish colleagues for activities (barter, paid cooperation);

- building and maintaining relationships with influencers, collecting and sending PR boxes to influencers;

- monitoring, collecting and reporting on the results of cooperation with influencers;

- review of requests received from the call center for cooperation with influencers;

- events - supporting in organization (brand awareness).

• Opening new stores

- managing the store opening list and translation for social media advertising;

- informing the store, responsible persons about the sending of starter packs of marketing materials for new stores and monitoring the receipt;

- print leaflets for distribution on the event of the opening of new stores;

- preparation of the event;

- informing the store and responsible persons about the plan of activities at the opening - communication with contractors, shopping center;

- update information to contractors on the opening - new locations, dates/postponements, changes;

- preparation and sending of a list of items to be written off from the store stock used at the store opening;

- reporting of the month's openings to HQ;

- work with OOH - selection of advertising platforms, requesting designs, working with invoices, collecting and preparing information for reporting (budget and results of platforms);

- cooperation with landlord on advertising of store opening, obtaining advertising, communication through shopping center channels, supervising the placement of information about the store's location in information brochures on the shopping center's premises and websites;

- supervising budget consumption

• Graphic materials

- preparation of video and audio clips for stationary stores and shopping malls on request:

- preparation/production of banners, layouts, graphic materials, other advertising in the mall;

- informing stores about the delivery of printed materials;

• Administrative issues

- controlling invoices of Sinsay from Marketing domain;

- decoding of all invoices and acts for accounting;

- preparation of text for publication - websites of shopping malls;

• Communication with the malls

- informing the shopping mall about promotions and new collections of the brand;

- consideration of proposals from shopping malls for brand cooperation;

- preparation of materials and implementation of cooperation with the brand's shopping malls;

• Translations

- execution of translation of marketing materials (Facebook, Instagram, all brands promotion activities, website, applications, email newsletters, rules of promotions, graphic materials, Meta advertising, work with comments under posts;

• Other required tasks and activities defined by direct manager or HQ marketing teams.

REQUIRED PROFILE: 

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in social sciences;
• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience in corporate environment and in retail or similar industry will be considered as an advantage;
• Strong organization and communication skills.
