KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for managing the full payroll process, including salary calculation, reimbursement of sick leave and maternity benefits, and providing administrative support for employee lifecycle and HR documentation.
  • To ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including managing employee salary benefits, bonus system updates, and time-tracking procedures;
  • Additionally, to provide comprehensive administrative support for HR processes, including onboarding, employee records, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Calculates monthly salaries and related benefits in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Prepares and collects all the necessary documentation required for the reimbursement of salary benefits (sick leave, maternity leave, etc.) to which the employer is entitled, and coordinates cooperation with the competent institutions.
  • Strictly adheres to prescribed deadlines within the scope of work.
  • Performs data entry and maintains the Salary and Personnel Accounting System database.
  • Keeps records of employees’ documentation mandatory for the payment of wages.
  • Takes full responsibility for the complete administration required for the salary calculation process (creating, collecting, and maintaining the necessary records, acts, regulations, notes, and other documents as determined by regulations and company policies).
  • Provides data related to employees and payroll costs for accounting and competent statistical authorities, in accordance with regulations.
  • Prepares and issues employment confirmations, income statements, and necessary administrative orders/prohibitions for employees.
  • Provides administrative support for employee lifecycle processes (new hires, onboarding, contract preparation, changes in status, terminations, and exit documentation).
  • Manages and maintains accurate HR records and supports HRIS data entry.
  • Performs other Payroll and HR administration tasks as assigned by the Director.


REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • Excellent organizational skills (ability to set goals and prioritize tasks);
  • Analytical person with great communication skills with the ability to share knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant legal regulations such as labor law, pension and social insurance, rules for calculating wages, tax regulations in the field of wages, health and safety regulations;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
  • Knowledge of the English language;
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in Payroll domain.
