Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring efficient task execution in stockroom
- Analyzing sales reports, working with available tools and applications to increase sales across all sales channels and taking appropriate and effective actions in order to improve performance and sales
- You ensure compliance with warehouse organization standards and take responsibility of the stockroom standards
- Handling transfers and returns of goods and ensure the proper delivery and replenishment process
- Collaboration with other functionals to ensure proper stocking and stock movements of the store
- You provide the knowledge about the products and taking proper care about them
- You carry out other tasks assigned by the employer in this area
- You manage the team through proper planning and organization of work regarding stockroom and delivery
- You support the onboarding process of new employees based on the onboarding programs
- You ensure appropriate motivation for yourself and the team
- You know and adhere to safety procedures, aiming to minimize inventory losses
- You ensure compliance with sales-related procedures
- You ensure adherence to safe working practices with equipment and tools available in the store including their proper use and storage
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations
Required profile:
- Good organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and flexibility
- Fluent in English – expected daily communication
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Experience in team management is preferred
- Experience in similar fields is desirable
